Why UNSW? Ten Reasons Why Science@UNSW is a Good Choice 1. More Choice UNSW offers more than 30 different Science areas to study - you can start in Year 1 with a broad range of courses, then choose your specialisation later. Science can be combined with minors from other areas of the University within the BSc (UAC 429000), or through Combined Degrees coupling Science with Arts, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Social Sciences and Education. High achieving students can also apply for the Entrepreneurs in Science program which offers students the opportunity to combine their Science degree with a Diploma in Innovation Management. 2. More Flexibility - start your studies in February OR July Because our courses are completed within a single session, you can commence studies in either February or July. There is also flexibility to defer studies for a session or two. 3. Science is Universal Science training at UNSW is recognised around the world.
